## Refund Policy for Wine Bottles and Clothing

Thank you for your purchase from Sip and Spill. We take pride in delivering quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

#### **Wine Bottles:**

1. **No Refunds on Opened Bottles:**
   - Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened wine bottles. If the bottle is opened, the sale is final.

2. **Damaged or Defective Products:**
   - If you receive a damaged or defective bottle, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery with proof of damage (photos of the bottle and packaging). We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

3. **Unopened Wine Bottles:**
   - You may return unopened wine bottles for a refund or exchange within **30 days** of purchase, provided they are in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product or damaged bottle).

4. **Non-Returnable Items:**
   - Wine purchased on sale or through special promotions is not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless damaged or defective.

#### **Clothing:**

1. **Returns and Exchanges:**
   - You may return or exchange clothing items within **30 days** of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item.

2. **Damaged or Defective Items:**
   - If you receive a damaged or defective clothing item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery with proof of the issue (photos of the product). We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

3. **Non-Returnable Items:**
   - Sale items, customized or personalized clothing, and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless defective.
